Abstract
在各种实施例中,虚拟键盘上按键的大小、形状、以及布置可以基于用户所进行的触摸屏接触来加以确定。此外,可以分析用户所进行的实际接触区以解释哪个接触点是想要的,并且还可以考虑其他因素,诸如拼写和上下文。可以基于校准会话和/或基于键盘的操作期间的连续输入来确定这些因素,并将这些因素应用于对触摸屏接触的进一步操作解释。

背景技术
由于多用途无线设备对于标准的机械/电子键盘来说变得太小,所以虚拟键盘越来越多地通过在触摸屏上显示按键的布置而被用作主要的输入设备。用户通过在显示期望的按键的位置处使用指尖简单地触摸屏幕来输入键击。由于这些设备的小尺寸和手持特性,许多用户通常只使用他们的拇指来输入数据。然而,这些虚拟键盘中的绝大多数或者以矩形按键矩阵、或者以标准QWERTY格式来布置按键。以此类布置的行的线性特性使得它们几乎不适合被拇指使用。特别地,为了沿着按键行的长度或沿着按键列的高度移动他的拇指,用户必须以相对不自然的方式活动连接他的拇指的若干关节。事实上,变得习惯于此类布置可能需要来自用户的大量的本体感受进展。虽然在多用途无线设备上的某些物理键盘的设计确实提供了改善的工效因素(与矩形的按键矩阵相比较),但是工效因素能够被修改成适合于特定个体的程度仍然是有限的。此外,此类设计没有考虑不同的用户具有不同大小的手、手指和拇指的事实,因此针对一个用户适当地确定大小的键盘可能对于另一个用户而言是较为困难的。

本发明的各种实施例涉及虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的虚拟按键的配置。代替按照直的水平行来加以配置的是,可以按照当设备被拿在用户的(一只或两只)手中时由用户的(一个或两个)拇指方便地够到的弧来布置按键。在某些实施例中,按键的布局可被定制为适应单个用户的拇指和/或个人偏好。在某些实施例中,自适应感测可以用来补偿偏离按键中心和/或大于所述按键的用户的拇指的接触面。
图1示出了根据本发明的实施例的多功能手持用户设备。举例说明的设备110被示出为具有触摸屏120,其用于向用户显示信息并且当用户在一个或多个特定位置处触摸所述屏幕时接收来自用户的触觉输入。在显示器上方还示出三个硬按钮。也可以包括其他物理按钮、传感器、特征等,但是并不示出所述其他物理按钮、传感器、特征等以避免图中过于杂乱。在本文的上下文内,“硬”按钮被如此命名是因为它们是物理按钮,其永久地位于特定区域中。但是该设备也可以包含“软”按钮,每个软按钮由触敏显示屏(本文表示为触摸屏)上的图像组成。当用户触摸软按钮时,设备可以感测该触摸并且执行与该软按钮相关联的任何功能。在本文中使用术语“按键”来表示代表在触摸屏上示出的虚拟键盘上的单个按键的软按钮。

具有层层排列的弧的虚拟键盘
图1还示出了在触摸屏显示器上的虚拟键盘。在虚拟键盘中,键盘上的每个按键被实现为触摸屏上的软按钮。当用户用他/她的拇指(或手指、或触针、或其他物体)触摸特定按键时,设备110感测该触摸,确定触摸发生在屏幕上的什么位置,确定哪个按键与那个位置相关联,并将该触摸解释为所选按键的键击。在某些实施例中,可以使用滞后效应,其中用户必须从按键移开他的手指达最小的时间量并且在该按键的第二触摸将被记录之前再次触摸所述按键。
在这个示例中,键盘上的按键被布置成三行,每行都呈弧形。这些行被定位为易于被用户的拇指够到。由于人类拇指的结构,弧可能不是完全的圆形,而是每个弧可能具有可变曲率。为此,术语“圆形”和“同心”在此处不用于描述它们,尽管在某些情况下,弧可能是圆形和/或同心的。这些弧在本文中被描述为“层层排列”的弧,因为每个弧具有支点(用户的拇指的支点),其近似地处在相同的位置,并且每个弧具有类似的形状,其中当从支点径向地测量时,每个弧与下一个相邻的弧之间的距离在遍及那些弧的长度上都近似地相同。当确定每个弧的曲率和位置时,可以将易于被用户的拇指够到而不是将严格的地理形状作为指导原则。
图1的示例示出了三行按键,但其他实施例可以有一、二、四或者更多的行。在所有行中按键被示出为同样的大小,但在某些实施例中,某些按键可能会大于或者小于其他的按键。例如,里面的行可能具有比外面的行更小的按键。这不仅允许将更多的按键放置在具有用于按键的较小空间的里面的行上,而且其还意识到用户很可能使用他的拇指的端部去触摸里面的行上的按键,其呈现出比使用拇指在延伸的位置中触摸的外面的行上的按键所感受到的更小的触摸区域。举例说明的示例还示出了与彼此间隔相同距离的三行,但其他的实施例可以不同。此外,人类拇指的灵活性和结构可以确定此间隔。
每个按键被示出为具有略微矩形的形状,但是可以采用任何方便的形状来显示软按键。在某些实施例中,不同的按键可能具有不同的形状以给用户提供附加信息(例如,正方形用于大写体,而圆形用于小写体)。也可以使用不同的颜色来指示关于该按键的附加信息。每个按键被示出为用其所代表的字符加以标记。这些标记均被示出为相对于设备的底部定向(为了易于由用户阅读),但其他实施例可以相对于弧的径向中心或某个其他可定义的参考点来对标记定向。在某些实施例中,所显示的字符将被示出为大写体或小写体以指示该按键所代表的是字符的大写体型式还是小写体型式。
在某些实施例中,每当按键触摸被设备记录时,按键所代表的符号将被以放大的型式示出以给用户提供明确的反馈,并且这个放大的按键的位置可以被移动,从而使得它不会被用户的拇指遮掩。在图1的示例中,用户触摸“M”按键(其被用户的拇指遮挡而看不见),并且“M”按键的放大型式刚好被示出在用户的拇指之外,暂时覆盖位于那里的任何其他按键。也可以使用不同的颜色、风格、形状等来区分该触摸指示符与其余按键。
图1的示例示出了分配给特定按键位置的特定字符,但这仅仅用于示例。其他实施例可以按照任何理想的布置(诸如QWERTY、Dvorak等)来将字符分配给按键位置。在某些实施例中,按键分配可以是可编程的。
因为图1中所示的配置被设计用于单手操作,并且键盘因此被限制到由单个拇指可够到的空间,所以可能没有足够的空间来同时代表用户想要键入的所有字符。为了补偿这一点,按键位置的全部或者一部分可以被重新分配以代表其他字符,并且可以针对那些按键在触摸屏上产生代表新字符的新标记。可以以任何方便的方式来发起这种变化,诸如但不限于:1)触摸被分配给该功能的键盘按键之一;2)触摸键盘区域外的特定软按键;3)按硬按钮;4)沿弧的大部分拖动拇指;5)及其他。
在某些实施例中,可以把全部可用键盘看作是具有四个四分之一圆的近似轮,其中每个四分之一圆具有单独的字符集,并且其中每次只有一个四分之一圆在触摸屏上是可见的(或对于后面描述的双手操作而言是两个四分之一圆可见)。然后用户可以调用他想要显示的任何一个四分之一圆。例如,一个四分之一圆可能包含具有字母的按键,另一个四分之一圆包含具有数字和标点符号的按键,另一个四分之一圆包含代表用户喜欢在文档中插入的图片、图标、信头等的按键,并且第四个四分之一圆包含常用的短语、句子、段落等。当然,也可以使用多于或少于四个四分之一圆,因为这是一个虚拟的概念,并且其不局限于实际的物理圆形。
图1中示出的键盘配置是通过使得按键行环绕右下角是同心的而被设计用于右手操作的。通过使得按键行环绕左下角是同心的,设备可以适合用于左手操作。举例说明的键盘还被示出为被配置用于垂直操作,即显示器的长边是垂直的。某些实施例可以采用水平操作来操作,即显示器的长边是水平的。在某些实施例中,右/左手配置和/或垂直/水平操作是可由用户选择的。在某些实施例中,这些配置可由设备自动选择(例如,感测重力以选择垂直/水平操作,并且感测显示器的哪个部分被用户的拇指触摸以选择右手或左手操作)。
图2示出了根据本发明的实施例的、被配置成用于双手操作的虚拟键盘。该双手操作与图1的单手操作之间的主要区别在于对于所述虚拟键盘存在两部分,一部分被配置成用于采用右拇指进行操作,而另一部分被配置成用于采用左拇指进行操作。与图1的单手配置相比,可以采用该配置来同时显示更多的按键,并且因此更多的字符。两个键盘部分可能具有相同或不同数目的行、相同或不同数目的每行中的按键、不同的间隔等。在某些实施例中,字符到各个按键的分配可以在左区域和右区域之间进行切换以方便具有左手或右手偏好的用户。可用于单手操作的所有相同的特征、技术、选择等也可应用于该双手操作,并且在某些实施例中可分别被应用于键盘的每个部分。在某些实施例中,用户可以手动选择单手或双手操作。在某些实施例中,设备可以基于某自动感测标准(诸如设备取向或感测在触摸屏的两侧上的触摸)来自动选择单手或双手操作。
图3示出了根据本发明的实施例的、针对单个用户校准键盘大小的方法的流程图。在流程图300中,在310处,可以由用户发起校准过程,或基于某预先确定的标准自动启动校准过程,所述预先确定的标准诸如但不限于:a)设备的加电;b)新用户帐户的建立;c)改变虚拟键盘上的字符的字体大小;d)以及其他。然后用户可以在320处被提示用他的拇指在触摸屏表面上画弧,其中他的手在其正常的数据输入位置中。这个弧可被称为“校准弧”,因为其目的是为了校准键盘行的位置,所以该行上的按键将处于对于用户的拇指而言方便的位置。在某些实施例中,这个弧在被用户画好之后将在触摸屏上可见,但其他实施例可以不显示校准弧。
在任一种情况下,在330处可以记录这个弧在显示屏上的位置。此位置可以被用来确定对应的按键行将被放置在屏幕上的什么地方。在某些实施例中,用户可能被提示以输入多于一个的弧。例如,为了校准用于双手键盘操作的设备,用户可能被提示画分别的弧,用每个拇指画一个弧。如果将要对多于一个的行进行校准,则用户可能被提示画中间的弧、外面的弧、和/或里面的弧。在某些实施例中,用户可能被提示要不止一次地回描相同的弧,以便设备能够确定该弧的平均位置。这些选项中的任意或所有选项可以与320-330-340处的操作适应。
在某些实施例中,由用户的拇指输入用于仅一行按键的弧,并且用于该拇指的其他行的其他弧被相对于该弧自动定位。在这种情况下,在350处确定其他弧的位置。在一个实施例中,用户可能已经被提示用拇指在中间位置中画弧,既不完全伸长,也不完全缩回,并且其他行被放置在相对于该弧的更大的弧和更小的弧中。在另一个实施例中,用户可以用完全伸长的拇指画弧以标记外面的按键行的位置,其中其他弧被在该弧内创建。相反地,用户可以用完全缩回的拇指画弧以标记里面的按键行的位置,其中其他弧被在该弧外创建。
一旦弧位置已经被确定,在360处,设备可以沿着每个弧分配每个按键的位置,其中每个弧代表一行按键。在某些实施例中,可假定同一行上的相邻按键之间的预定间隔。在其他实施例中,间隔可能变化。例如,如果校准过程能够确定各位置中的用户的拇指印的宽度,则这样的信息可以用来决定按键之间的间隔。宽拇指印可能导致按键之间的较宽的间隔,从而减少以能够导致错误的方式触摸多个按键的机会。
在370处,各种字符(字母、数字、标点符号等)可以被分配给不同行上的各按键位置。在某些实施例中,这种布置可以被预先确定。在其他实施例中,这种布置可以基于各种标准被定制。例如,最常用的字符可能被放置在中间行上以减少拇指移动。接下来最常用的字符可能被放置在外面的行上,因为通常认为伸长拇指比缩回拇指更容易。字符的通常出现的序列(例如,合体字母)可以被沿着弧顺序地排序,以便于拇指的更自然的“向内扫”运动。对于双手操作而言,通常出现的序列可以在两个拇指之间交替以便于交替拇指动作。也可以使用其他考虑来将字符分配给按键位置。在某些实施例中,用户可能能够将字符分配给特定按键位置。在380处,设备可以基于这些字符位置分配在显示器上生成完整的键盘,并在390处退出校准序列。由于这些和其他特征,本发明的各种实施例可以提供虚拟键盘,该虚拟键盘非常适合用户的(一个或两个)拇指的自然运动,并且该虚拟键盘被针对用户的特点和偏好进行定制。本发明从而可以改善用户能够在设备上输入文本所具有的易用性、速度、和准确性。
由于按键的近的间隔以及用户的拇指的相对大的接触区域,很可能的是用户将频繁地同时接触不止一个按键。可以采用各种方法以通过解释用户想要触摸哪个按键来减少这一点的负效应。某些方法涉及解释由用户的拇指接触的区域,而其他的方法是基于上下文和重复错误。这两种方法将会在下文中加以描述。
接触区调整
“接触区”是当用户试图触摸按键或其他图标时在其中接触触摸屏的区域。如果使用触针,则接触区可能非常小并且在形状方面界限分明。如果用户的指尖是接触的工具,则接触区可能会稍微更大一些,并且可以根据用户使用该手指所施加的压力来改变大小。接触区的大小和形状二者都可以根据手指接触触摸屏所具有的角度来改变。如果拇指被用作接触的工具,则适用同样的考虑,但是由于拇指的通常更大的横截面,所以大小很可能会甚至比使用指尖更大一些,并且形状和大小可能会根据拇指的接触角度来相当大地改变,所述拇指的接触角度可能通常比手指的接触角度更浅。
由于接触区可能甚至比正被触摸的触摸屏上的按键更大,感测设备可能必须解释传感器信息并确定想要在其处触摸的点。在本文中,这个点被称为“活动点”,其可以是或可以不是接触区的形心(地理中心)。这些计算可能会由于接触区的大小和形状随着下列因素而变化的事实而复杂:1)按键在哪一行上(其影响拇指的角度),以及2)用户正在使用单手还是双手键盘操作来输入数据(在双手操作中,手的位置、并且因此拇指的角度比起其在单手操作中来说可能通常都是不同的)。此外,实际的接触区和/或该接触区的实际形心可能不同于如由用户所感知的接触区和形心。
在某些实施例中,设备可以假设特定的按键行将经历具有在特定方向上定向的椭圆的椭圆形接触区,而不同的按键行可能经历具有在不同方向上定向的椭圆的椭圆形接触区,或者甚至是圆形接触区。当计算活动点时可以考虑这些假设。关于中间行的接触区所作的假设可以被插在关于里面的行和外面的行的接触区所作的假设之间。这些只是示例;实际的假设可能基于在用户和/或先前的基于一般人的研究方面的实际经验而不同于此。
作为用户感知的示例,针对某些行,用户可以感知活动点将在拇指尖的末端附近,并且设备可以移动活动点远离形心以适应该感知。
由于与单手操作期间相比,拇指的角度以及因此接触区的形状在双手操作期间通常是不同的,所以设备可以感测目前正在使用哪个操作模式,并相应地调整活动点计算。例如,如果在触摸屏上显示出双手键盘,则设备可以假设正在使用双手操作。或者设备可以通过感测在屏幕的两个部分中的接触而推断出相同结论。在另一个实施例中,设备可以基于加速度计或其他传感器来在设备正被沿垂直取向(短的维度是水平的)握持的情况下假设为单手操作,而在设备正被沿水平取向(长的维度是水平的)握持的情况下假设为双手操作。然而,如果希望的话,用户可能能够手动覆盖这些假设。
在某些实施例中,可以由设备基于接触区的大小和形状来推断出正被用于接触屏幕的工具的类型。如果接触区是相对大的,则设备可能假设正在使用拇指,并相应地调整活动点。如果接触区较小,则设备可能假设正在使用手指,并基于这样的假设调整活动点。如果接触区非常小,则设备可能假设正在使用触针,并且不做任何调整。
无论正在进行的调整的类型如何,在某些实施例中,这些调整可以被或者是基于参数的标准设置、或者是基于一个或多个校准会话的结果来预先定义。在其他实施例中,可以基于最近的操作历史来不断地或频繁地修改所述调整。在某些实施例中,初始校准和正在进行的调整二者可被合并。
图4示出了根据本发明实施例的、用于接触区校准序列的方法的流程图。流程图400的方法可用于针对特定用户的特点来预先校准所述设备。操作430 - 460也可用于在虚拟键盘的正常操作期间的正在进行的调整。在410处进入接触区校准序列之后,在420处,设备可以提示用户按压选定的按键。在某些实施例中,可完全地显示键盘(例如,由图3的键盘校准序列生成的键盘),但在其他实施例中,按键可以被单独地示出在其将在该键盘中占据的同一位置中。
当用户触摸选定的按键时,在430处,设备确定接触区上的相关信息。基于来自触摸屏中的各个接触传感器的读数,设备可以确定接触区的大小和形状,并且在某些实施例中,在440处可以记录针对接触区的不同区域的接触读数。在450处,设备可以确定接触区的形心,即接触区的几何中心。在某些过程中,形心可以被认为是接触区的初始活动点,但然后可以被基于其他因素(诸如之前描述的那些)加以重新定位。在某些实施例中,触摸屏可以仅给设备提供经计算的接触区形心位置,而不是提供多个接触传感器读数并让设备计算形心。
在460处,设备然后可以返回到420以校准针对键盘上的另一个按键的接触区。在某些实施例中,可以针对键盘上的每个按键重复这个过程。在其他实施例中,在这个校准过程中可能仅使用某些按键或触摸屏位置,而其他的校准数据可由那些按键的结果进行内插。在某些实施例中,同一按键可能被不止一次地校准以获得针对该按键的读数的平均值。在触摸屏的所有选定的按键或区域或者是直接地或者是通过内插已经被校准之后,校准序列可以在470处退出。
键盘自适应
当不止一个按键同时被用户触摸时,设备可以使用各种技术来确定用户想要触摸哪个按键。某些技术在本质上是前后相关的,并且可以不被立即执行。例如,设备可以基于拼写字典将多个被接触的字符与词的其余部分进行比较以确定哪个字符形成实词。如果可能的字符中的多于一个的字符形成实词,则可以检查句子的上下文以选择哪个词是最有可能想要的,并且因此选择哪个字符是想要的。
在某些情况下,当那些按键中的特定的一个按键通常都是想要的时,可能存在敲这个相同的相邻按键组合的先前历史,并且可以考虑该历史。
如果触摸屏提供局部压力测量,则从拇指接收到最高压力的按键可以被假设为是想要的按键。可替换地,基于预测文本分析,针对不同的被接触按键的不同压力测量结果可乘以概率因数,以确定哪个按键是最有可能想要的。
如果用户始终在同一方向上错过热点,则“热点”(即设备认为是按键中心的点)可以被移动。例如,如果用户始终在“s”按键的热点之下键入,则设备可以向下移动“s”按键的热点。可以按照各种方式确定对用户始终在同一方向上错过的确定。例如,在接触区中的各点处感测的局部压力可用于确定接触区中的最高压力点始终在同一方向上错过按键中心。在另一个示例中,可以确定形心或活动点始终在同一方向上错过按键或其热点。
在另一个示例中,具有该特定字符的词可能经常通过替换相同的相邻字符而被拼错。例如当用户或者是手动更正该拼写错误,和/或当用户接受自动拼写更正时,可以验证这一点。在某些实施例中,虽然该按键的热点被重新定位了,但按键的所显示位置可以保持不变。在其他实施例中,所述按键的所显示位置可被移动,从而使得新的热点位于所显示按键内的中心。在某些实施例中,设备可以试图在仅仅是键入了错误的字符(例如,被接触的多个字符中没有一个拼成词,或者可能是阅读困难的字母倒置经常出现)与由于错过热点而导致的错误之间进行区分,并且只响应于后者调整热点。
图5示出了根据本发明的实施例的自适应地解释键击的方法的流程图。在流程图500中,在510处,设备可以从触摸屏接收指示按键已经被触摸的输入,并确定接触区的形心。在某些实施例中,该输入可能包括来自多个界定接触区的接触传感器的读数,其然后可以被转换为形心的位置。在其他实施例中,来自触摸屏的输入可能仅仅代表如由触摸屏逻辑确定的形心的位置。
在任一情况下,在520处,可以基于形心的位置以及基于先前确定的形心和触摸屏的那个部分的活动点之间的差异来确定活动点。如果基于活动点的位置,想要的按键是显而易见的,则在535处设备可以假设那个按键就是想要的。然而,如果活动点十分接近多个按键从而导致关于想要哪个按键的不确定性,如在530处所确定的那样,则设备可以在540处检查那多个按键的热点。在550处,设备可以基于各种标准来确定这些按键中的每个按键代表正确按键的概率。一个有效的标准可以是具有该相同按键组合的先前历史。
基于这些和其他的考虑,在560处,设备可以选择哪个按键最有可能是用户所想要的,并将那个字符输入到键入序列中。此时查看针对该特定键击的拼写和上下文考虑可能并不是可行的,因为该词或句子的剩余部分还没有完成。设备然后可以返回到530以处理更多的键击。在每遍通过565时,设备可以确定其是否通过针对该特定键击的拼写/上下文考虑而被完成。如果其是的话,则其可能在570处基于那些因素改变之前选定的按键。
一旦选定的字符和相关的按键已经被最后定下来,则从该过程获悉的经验可被合并用于今后的处理。例如,在580处,该按键的热点位置可以被调整。在590处可以记录此信息以备日后使用。
上述说明书旨在是说明性的而并非是限制性的。本领域技术人员将想到多种变化。那些变化旨在被包括在本发明的各实施例中,其仅受后续权利要求的范围的限制。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于配置虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的虚拟按键的装置,包括:
包含用于显示虚拟键盘的触摸屏的手持设备,其中所述设备将:
检测由用户在所述触摸屏上的触摸;
确定所述触摸的接触区的形心的位置;以及
确定相对于所述形心的所述接触区的活动点的位置,
其中所述活动点是想要实际触摸的点,并且是与所述形心不同的位置,并且
其中所述确定所述活动点的位置至少部分基于选自下述列表的一个或多个因素,所述列表包括:
所述接触区的所述形心;
所述接触区的大小;
所述接触区的形状;
在位于所述接触区内的所述触摸屏上的多个传感器点处感测的压力差;
所述接触区的所述键盘上的位置;
所述形心与至少部分地被所述接触区重叠的键盘按键之间的位置关系;以及
所述接触区与所述键盘按键之间的位置关系的先前历史。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述确定所述形心的位置包括:
接收来自位于所述接触区内的所述触摸屏上的多个传感器点的读数;以及
根据所述多个传感器点计算所述形心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述设备将检测在所述键盘的校准过程期间用户在所述触摸屏上的触摸。
4.一种用于配置虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的虚拟按键的方法,包括:
感测在手持电子设备的用于显示虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的触摸;
确定所述触摸的接触区的形心;以及
确定所述接触区的活动点,其中所述活动点是与所述形心不同的位置,
其中所述活动点是想要实际触摸的点,并且
其中确定所述接触区的活动点的步骤至少部分基于选自下述列表的一个或多个因素,所述列表包括:
所述接触区的所述形心;
所述接触区的大小;
所述接触区的形状;
在所述接触区内的多个点处感测的压力差;
所述接触区的所述键盘上的位置;
所述接触区与至少部分地被所述接触区重叠的键盘按键之间的位置关系;以及
所述接触区与所述键盘按键之间的位置关系的先前历史。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中感测在手持电子设备的用于显示虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的触摸的步骤在所述键盘的初始校准过程期间被执行。
6.一种用于配置虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的虚拟按键的设备,包括:
用于感测手持电子设备的用于显示虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的接触区的装置;
用于确定所述触摸的接触区的形心的装置;以及
用于确定所述接触区的活动点的装置,其中所述活动点是与所述形心不同的位置,
其中所述活动点是想要实际触摸的点,并且
其中用于确定所述活动点的装置至少部分基于选自下述列表的一个或多个因素来确定所述活动点,所述列表包括:
所述接触区的形心;
所述接触区的大小;
所述接触区的形状;
在所述接触区内的多个点处感测的压力差;
所述接触区的所述键盘上的位置;
所述接触区与至少部分地被所述接触区重叠的键盘按键之间的位置关系;
所述接触区与所述键盘按键之间的位置关系的先前历史。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其中所述用于感测的装置在所述键盘的初始校准过程期间感测在所述手持电子设备的用于显示虚拟键盘的触摸屏上的接触区。
