Abstract

There is an air gap (5) between the transparent glass window (3) and the perforated grid (6), which is filled with cool air flowing in from air channels (8,10) at the bottom. The air flows upward between the window and the grid and flows through the grid, picking up heat, into a space between the grid and the wall (2,31) the hot air flows out through channels (9) to a heat reservoir (11).

Description

The invention relates to solar collectors with air as a heat transfer medium (Luftkol lecturers), in particular for use in the heating supply of buildings, with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Solar panels convert solar energy into heat. The heat is there preferably with a transport medium, usually water or air, from the collector gate is transported to a store.

The importance of air collectors for energy generation is generally too low assessed.

Air collectors have a number of advantages over water collectors:

  • - Luftkollektoren können nicht einfrieren, ein Siedepunkt wird nicht überschritten- Air collectors cannot freeze, a boiling point is not exceeded
  • - Es treten wesentlich praktisch keine Korrosionsprobleme auf.- There are essentially no corrosion problems.
  • - Luftkollektoren sind einfacher aufgebaut und können oft aus kostengünstiger Materialien gebaut werden.- Air collectors are simpler and can often be made more cost-effective Materials are built.
The masses in the area of the absorber can be very small, due to this the low thermal inertia of the system, short response times of the col result even with low radiation intensities.
  • - Sie eignen sich sehr gut für den Eigenbau.- They are very suitable for self-made.
The options for on-site installation are good, which also costs cheap investments.
They are very well suited for combination with heat pumps.

Die Nachteile von Luftkollektoren sind bekannt:
The disadvantages of air collectors are well known:

  • - Für viele Anwendungen fehlen effektive Speichertechniken.- Effective storage technologies are missing for many applications.
  • - Die Leistung der Anlage hängt von der Dichtigkeit der Anlage ab.- The performance of the system depends on the tightness of the system.
The electrical auxiliary energy for air collectors is often greater than that used the amount of heat.
  • - Die Wirkungsgrade von Luftkollektoren sind niedrig.- The efficiency of air collectors is low.
  • - Die Stoffwerte von Luft bedingen hohe Volumenströmen im Luftkollektor.- The physical properties of air cause high volume flows in the air collector.

The object of the invention is to provide an air collector, the said Mitigates or eliminates disadvantages.

EP 0553 893 A2, DE 195 05 918 A1, OS 195 00 807 A1 oder DE 195 05 918 A1).This is achieved by using a closed air system with the Extraction of the hot boundary layer on a perforated or slotted absorber is combined. This arrangement ensures that the absorber does not become dirty a closed air system is preferred. The use of selekti ven absorber layers additionally increases the efficiency. (A closed one Air system with suction and selective layers was described in DE 195 13 858 A1 suggested, but the air flowed through an additional insulation layer. Open air systems with or without selective layers are under the Be Drawing SOLARWALL known: Pat. EP 0553 893 A2, DE 195 05 918 A1, OS 195 00 807 A1 or DE 195 05 918 A1).

With the new air collector, the already existing building can be outside wall can be used as a low temperature storage. In addition, an air Water heat exchangers are used, which give off heat to the custom water and / or heating network.

The closed system and the short airways in the new air collector offer good opportunities to achieve the required tightness.

Since the storage tank or the heat exchanger is located directly behind the collector, the air-guiding channels in the new air collector are almost completely eliminated. Valuable construction volume is saved.

Through air extraction at the absorber and the use of selective layers system efficiencies can be achieved with those of systems with vacuum tube collectors are comparable (about 50%).

By avoiding convection from the absorber to the transparent cover and by using selective absorber layers, low air volume flows are sufficient in comparison to conventional air collectors. The techniques mentioned have not yet been used in combination. It can be seen that their joint use opens up new possibilities for air collectors. Short distances in the air collector presented and low air speeds mean that only low fan powers of about 1 W / m 2 are required.

Selektive Absorberschichten werden bei Kollektoren häufig eingesetzt. Es sind Schichten, die im sichtbaren Bereich schwarz sind, also Sonnenstrahlung sehr gut absorbieren und im Infrarotbereich gut reflektieren, also Wärmestrahlung vermindert aufnehmen und abgeben.Selective absorber layers are often used in collectors. There are Layers that are black in the visible range, i.e. very good solar radiation absorb and reflect well in the infrared range, i.e. reduced heat radiation record and deliver.

(A. Marko, P. Braun (Hrsg.): Thermische Solarenergienutzung an Gebäuden, Berlin, S. 253ff.)Depending on the degree of contamination, selective absorber layers lose their advantage stick properties. If there is an overflow of a selective collector, dust accumulation on the collector can be expected. The optical eigen with a dust coverage of 1% in the visible area reduced and enlarged in the infrared range by about 1%. Both changes deteriorate to a small extent the efficiency of the collector. (A. Marko, P. Braun (ed.): Thermal solar energy use in buildings, Berlin, p. 253ff.)

The task is solved with multiple glazing with the characteristics of Claim 1 or 2. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the Un represented claims.

B. Mineralwolle. According to the invention, an air collector essentially consists of a flat one Glass pane, an essentially flat and perforated or slotted Ab sorber, which is selectively coated on the side irradiated by the sun and is attached to the glass pane via spacers and a closed air circuit in the collector system. The collector system consists of the air column lector, the heat exchanger and the channels between the two. The absorber has an opening through which air from an air duct attached to the opening is brought into the space between the glass pane and the absorber can. The air heats up at the absorber and passes through the perforation on the absorber from the space between the absorber and the glass pane. Here comes no hot air from near the absorber surface near the glazing. This means that there is no convection or heat conduction from the absorber to the glass disc takes place. The outer wall to which the air collector is attached should Insulated so that none in summer and when the collector is at a standstill hot air gets directly to the wall of the building in the area of the collector. After the collector is installed, the insulation of the building can be directly in Insulating elements that pass in the area between the frame and the building be attached to the wall. These insulating elements provide the necessary Airtightness of the air system to the environment. The elements preferably consist from temperature-resistant insulation materials, e.g. B. mineral wool.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the heated air after it emerges brought from the air collector through an air duct into a perforated wall. In the Mauer cools the air and is ge into the air duct by a fan brings, which is attached to the absorber. The air escapes this way cools in the space between the glass pane and the absorber. The wall serves as Heat exchanger.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the perforated wall with a What Provide the steam brake to the interior. In this way, no what comes steam from the interior to the air collector. This measure is necessary because the water vapor could condense on the glass pane.

According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, an air-water Heat exchanger supplied with the hot air from the collector. The air-water Heat exchanger transfers the heat from the hot air to a water cycle Water storage. The air-water heat exchanger is preferably in counter current principle, so that the coolest possible air flows back into the collector, which increases the collector efficiency and warm water in the what memory flows, which increases the usability of the heat.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the absorber is at a distance holders, which are preferably made of foam glass or other thermally insulating Materials exist, attached to the glass pane. The gluing, wel che preferably made of silicone, be airtight so that the total amount of air, the ge through the channel into the space between the absorber and glass pane reaches, flows through the perforation of the absorber.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the air collector is equipped with a Frame with tabs, preferably a metal frame on which the glazing solution is attached. The frame facilitates transportation of the air collector from Production site to the installation location. Straps are attached to the frame, which are a loading Fixing the air collector to the outside wall of a building, a light one Allow transport of the collector and the collector during transport to the construction protect job.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the air collector, best starting from frame with tabs, glass, spacers, perforated and be coated absorber and flexible air duct is industrially prefabricated. An air collector with a surface area of 5 m 2 weighs about 80 kg and can be easily transported to the construction site and mounted there on an outer wall. After the air collector is mounted on the building, the flexible air shaft can be flanged to the heat exchanger.

According to a further embodiment of the invention is between the interior and a water vapor barrier is arranged on the glass pane. The steam Brake prevents moisture transport from the interior to the collector and to the Glass pane. The water vapor barrier is preferably on the inside side of the storage wall.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the perforation of the absorber executed in the upper area of the absorber with a larger proportion of holes than in our area of the absorber. This causes the boundary layer in the above Ren part of the absorber as full as possible even at low suction speeds is constantly extracted and there is no convection from the absorber to the glass pane trains.

Es zeigt:The invention is illustrated below using an exemplary embodiment. It shows:
