Description

The invention relates to a sunroof for vehicles with a Lid for optional closing or at least partial exposure a roof opening in a solid roof area, with the lid along from guide rails arranged on both sides of the roof opening slidably mounted and with at least one lid-fixed electrical Module is provided with at least one vehicle-fixed electri electrical assembly.

In a known sunroof of this type is to avoid loose sagging cables a rotatable cable reel provided by egg ner spring for rolling up the electrical assemblies with each other connecting cable is torsionally loaded on the cable reel. There is a End of the cable stationary and the storage of the cable reel Storage on the sliding lid or on the vehicle body rie attached that the cable approximately in the middle of the cover displacement is almost completely rolled up on the cable reel. The cable reel, yours Storage and the associated spring preload mechanism provide a rela tiv complex and space-consuming arrangement. The cable itself each time the cover is moved onto the cable reel or from unrolled the cable reel and thereby exposed to bending stresses. In addition, the cable is under constant tensile stress. The Be drive reliability and the life expectancy of the known An order leave something to be desired despite the considerable effort rig.

The invention specified in claim 1 has the object reasons to create a sunroof, which is particularly simple and reliable way for one of the respective lid position hanging electrical connection of the cover-fixed and the vehicle-fixed electrical assembly is taken care of.

This object is achieved in that in a shooting roof according to the preamble of claim 1 for mutual electrical connection of the lid-fixed and the vehicle-fixed electri rule at least one in the direction of displacement of the Cover extending busbar and at least one sliding contact  are seen with the busbar regardless of the respective cover shift position is kept in electrical contact.

The conductor rail and the sliding contact can be space-saving and inconspicuous lig integrate into the vehicle roof; they represent simple, reliable and represents cost-saving components. That of the respective electrical assembly read the connecting leads leading to the busbar or sliding contact They are installed stationary and are not subject to alternating bending and tensile loads exposed.

The term "sunroof" used here is to be used in a broad sense stand. It should not only be sunroofs without an opening function with over or sliding cover under the fixed roof surface, but also shooting thatched roofs, spoiler roofs and roofs with more than one adjustable Cover or cover part, of which at least one is moved can be.

It is understood that the busbars and sliding contacts in the for the Establishing the required electrical connection each required Number to be provided. The busbar is preferably fixed to the roof brought and connected to the vehicle-mounted electrical assembly, while the sliding contact follows the sliding movements of the cover and is connected to the cover-tight electrical assembly. Basically but a kinematic reversal is also possible in such a way that the Busbar connected to the cover and the sliding contact on the roof brought.

A solar cell can expediently be used as a fixed electrical assembly Arrangement and / or a liquid crystal arrangement can be provided, wherein advantageously the cover is made of translucent material and the solar cell arrangement and / or the liquid crystal arrangement is protected are attached to the underside of the lid. The solar cell arrangement can can be used, for example, for energy for a car radio, lighting purposes, a fan provided in the vehicle or the like or for To provide recharge of the motor vehicle battery. With a liquid crystal the degree of light transmission can be arranged by a light transmission  affect casual lid. As a vehicle-mounted electrical assembly a power storage device can be provided, which is the normal motor vehicle battery or an additional power storage. The vehicle-mounted electrical assembly can also directly from the above mentioned fan or the like.

A particularly space-saving arrangement is obtained when the current rail ne in the area of at least one of the guide rails required anyway is mounted. For a safe contact is preferably ge ensures that the busbar and / or the sliding contact in the manner resilient are stored that the sliding contact in all cover slide positions under Spring preload is pressed resiliently against the busbar. At a sunroof, in which the guide rails on the top of the fixed roof surface and the guide rails together or individually a seal is assigned, which acts as a sealing intermediate layer between the fixed roof surface and the relevant guide rail and / or as interacting with the relevant side edge of the lid Sealing insert of the guide rail is formed, the current rail ne advantageously carried by the seal, which in this way for the fe changing storage of the busbar can provide. The current can rail-bearing part of the seal expediently out as a hollow chamber profile be educated. Instead, a separate rigid or elastic can be used shear busbar support. The sliding contact sits appropriately sig on a rigid or resilient contact carrier that is adjacent to one Side edge of the lid is firmly connected to the lid.

The edge of the roof opening is advantageously provided with a covering, which has or carries a cover, which the view from the vehicle interior on the busbar and the sliding contact is prevented.

Fig. 3 shows a section corresponding to FIG. 2 for a modified embodiment.

According to FIGS. 1 and 2 in the fixed roof area of a motor vehicle 1 a roof opening 2 is formed. On the fixed roof surface 1 , a rear open profile frame is placed, which extends along the front edge of the roof opening 2 and on its two sides and forms the guide rails NEN 3 , which are arranged along the two sides of the roof opening 2 and from there further on extend behind. A cover 4 is guided laterally by the guide rails 3 . By moving the cover 4 along the guide rails 3 , the roof opening 2 can either be closed ver or at least partially exposed ( Fig. 1). The cover 4 is made of translucent material, for example glass or a translucent plastic. In the illustrative embodiment illustrated, a solar cell arrangement 5 is attached to the underside of the cover 4 .

Under the fixed roof surface 1 sits in the area of the roof opening 2, a reinforcement part 1 b . The guide rails 3 are fixed in unspecified illustrative ter manner on the fixed roof surface 1, wherein a seal 6 and forms a sealing liner between the fixed roof surface and the guide rail one with the respective side edge of the lid 4 coacting sealing insert of the guide rail. 3 The cover 4 can be adjusted in a known manner by hand or by motor, its side edges engaging in the seal insert formed by the seal 6 and seemed to be enclosed by the guide 3 in the manner indicated in FIG. 2.

The sitting on the underside of the cover 4 solar cell assembly 5 is connected via connecting lines 5 a with two sliding contacts 7 , which are mounted side by side on an angled contact carrier 8 . The contact carrier 8 is in turn a screw 10 , a cap nut 9 and a fe-reducing liner on the underside of the lid in the edge region be fastened. The sliding contacts 7 are electrically insulated from one another. Two conductor rails 12, which are also electrically insulated from one another, are carried by a hollow-chamber profile part of the seal 6 to the side of the roof opening 2 in the front and middle region of the guide rail 3 on the left in FIG. 1. On the basis of the spring properties of the seal 6 , the busbars 12 are resiliently pressed in all cover slide positions under spring preload against the associated sliding contacts 7 . The length of the busbars 12 is dimensioned in the manner indicated in FIG. 1 in such a way that the sliding contacts 7 remain in engagement with the busbars 12 in the full displacement range of the lid 4 between the lid closed position and the fully retracted lid position. About the sliding contacts 7 and the busbars 12 current can flow here regardless of which sliding position the cover 4 takes straight.

The busbars 12 are each connected to a connecting line 13 which is passed through the hollow profile section of the seal 6 and the roof opening 2 . The connecting lines 13 then run between the underside of the fixed roof surface 1 and an underlying Dachhim mel 14th In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, they lead to a power store 15 , which can be the normal vehicle battery or its own additional power store. Current generated by the solar cell arrangement 5 is therefore supplied to the current store 15 regardless of the cover position. Around the edge of the Dachöff opening 2 is a panel 16 around, which covers the edge of the Dachhim mel 14 and also the part of the connecting lines 13 leading through the roof opening 12 .

In the case of the embodiment shown in Fig. 3 modified embodiment, the two bus bars 12 are electrically insulated from each mounted on a stationary rail support 47 which tel about Befestigungsmit 48 with which the roof opening 2 bounding the region of the fixed roof surface 1 and the below-fitting reinforcing member 1 connected b . The guide rails 3 are placed on the fixed roof surface 1 with the interposition of part of a seal 36 in accordance with the design according to FIG . The seal 36 forms a sealing insert seated within the guide rail 3 , which in turn interacts with the side edge of the cover 4 . In this embodiment, elastic sliding contacts 37 are provided on the cover side, which press against the busbars 12 under spring preload. A functionally the panel 16 speaking panel 46 is integrally verbun with a cover 46 a . The cover 46 a prevents the view from the vehicle interior onto the busbars 12 and the sliding contacts 37 .

In the two above-described, with a solar cell arrangement 5 ver shown embodiments, current flows from the solar cell arrangement 5 via the sliding contacts 7 and 37 and the busbars 12 to the current storage 15 , for example the vehicle battery. If, for example, a liquid crystal arrangement is used instead of the solar cell arrangement 5 as a cover-tight electrical assembly, current flows in reverse from the current storage device 15 via the busbars 12 and the sliding contacts 7 and 37 to the liquid crystal arrangement. Moreover, it goes without saying that other types of electricity generators and / or electricity consumers can also be connected to the cover 4 and that instead of the electricity storage device 15 or in addition to this, vehicle-mounted electricity consumers can be provided which have contacts over the sliding and the busbars with a roof-mounted electricity generator get connected.

The arrangement described is not only simple, space-saving and reliable, but it also allows the cover 4 to be easily pulled out from the guide rails 3 or inserted into the guide rails 3 without the need for cables to be connected. This leads to a simplification of assembly and maintenance.
